"Carpe diem " - let's seize the day with Kavya

   Finally the last day of teaching practice and in a way I am sad because I will miss my students so much. They were were last day feriendly with me Reached class and I this very น my here and they all ead for that and even gave me notes regarding that they will miss me. After that we talked and took photos and shared my experiences and they also sherred their experiences. Thus a beautiful phase of teaching practice came to an end.

 Reached class on time and my stdents were waiting for me. We continued the chapter. Made them read the chapter and gave them notes. I gave them some activities and participated actively.They cleared their doubts as well. 

   Reached class on time. Vstudents and m on the were writing there for me and y que we continued the chapter The light. hills and read the next four catel and gave the meaning of diflingua b words and then explained the meanings spar and the idea conveyed thorough the and I 12 paragraphs. Then asked them como questions same After -- and they answered them correctly. gave them notes for the est that I made them do some actiuthes ✓ and after the class we talked for. time and finally the bell rang and "the class came to an end." After class I had duty at the school kitchen area. and I went there, and helped them for cutting vegetables and even helped for slowing the food. Thus another day came to an end.

    Reached school on time and went to class and today it was time for p new chapter light on the hills? This chapter a very interesting one and today and 1 intoduced the chapter to them and later! 2 presented the profile of the author and after that I read the first those partagents and gave the meanings of difficult word! and explained the idea conveged to the first three paragraphs. After that I hade them do some activities and later asked some questions and they answered them correctly and I gave them some. notes and finally the bell and Bang

  Reached school on time and The we then went to class and the next two the poem and then I made them wad Then I gave the two stanza and explained the of the difficult words and then explains wote tubo danial to them clearly! eat some questions and asked them be I anwer and they had some doubts and I explained to them about the whole poem And asked them to prepare a summary about the preem They read that out and C them notes about the poem and gave • gave them some activities to work on and finally the bell an end. rang iday and there came to an end.  

 After all those grammar portions my students really needed a break so I thought of starting a new poem 'My Grandmother's House'. I read the poem and explained to then about the poet and gave a profile about the poet. After that I read the first two stanzas and gave them the meanings of diffoicult words. Students understood everything. They listened well and answered all the questions

 Today also I thought about teaching grammar and I chose the topic ' not only...but also'. Took the Direct instruction model. Taught them hw to combine two sentemces wsing not only..but also. Students understood it . They listened well and participated in all the activities given. A day well spent with my students.

 Today I thought them simple and compound sentences. Using ICT, made them understand the concept well. They asked their doudts and I cleared it. Gave more examples and activities. They answered very well. Proper reinforcement was given.

 Today, took the Adjectives. Class went well. made them construct sentences with adjectives. I gave them some exercises to work on and they did that . Then I asked them to identify the adjrctives from the play The Merchant of Venice. They participated well.

 This whole week was truly for Antonio and Bassanio. Took the whole week to finish the play. Finally students enacted the play. It was a nice experience. They learned about the true friendship, the vale of being honest etc. They really undeestood the essence of the play, the moral behind it. Summarised the play at once. Made them read it. They are very brilliant students. They could grasp anything easily. Notes were given. They answered all the questions.Hence we spent that week at Venice witnessing the trial of Antonio.
